NON CANCELLATION CLAUSE #
The company undertakes to obtain the mortgagees consent prior to their cancellation of the policy if instructions have been received for the cancellation of the policy and also to advise the mortgagee immediately of any other material changes which are proposed to be made in the terms of the insurance.
