Real Property, Liability, Fire & Explosion Clause

REAL PROPERTY, LIABILITY, FIRE & EXPLOSION CLAUSE #

It is hereby noted and agreed that the property damage liability coverage applies to property damage to structures or portions thereof rented to or occupied by the named insured, including fixtures permanently attached thereto, if such property damage arises out of fire explosion, subject to the following additional provisions :

1. with respect to insurance provided by this endorsement, all of the exclusions of the policy, other than the nuclear energy exclusion, are deleted and replaced by the following :

       “this insurance does not apply to liability assume by the insured under any contract or agreement other than a written lease of premises”

2. limit of liability included in the policy.
