PARTIAL OCCUPANCY CLAUSE (CAR) #

This insurance extends to indemnify the insured in respect of physical loss of or damage to the contract works happening during construction period but after the principal or any other person authorized by him enters into occupation of such contract works or part thereof of uses the same.
