EXISTING STRUCTURES AND SURROUNDING PROPERTY #

Loss of damage to property located on or adjancent to the site and belonging to or held on care, custody or control of the Principal(s) shall only be covered if occurring in direct connection with the erection, construction or testing of the items insured under Section I and happening during the Period of Cover, and provided that the Insurers liability under this endorsement shall be limited to and not exceed Rp. 2,000,000,000.00 any one accident / occurrence. This cover does not apply to construction / erection machinery and construction / erection plant and equipment.
