USE OF INFORMATION AND DATA CLAUSE #

The Insurers collect and record the insured`s personal data to provide, manage, develop and offer the Insured Insurance products and services. To achieve this, the insurers may disclose Insured`s personal data to appropriate third parties in or outside the Republic of Indonesia, including service providers and the Insurer`s other companies. The Insured consents to the Insurers using and disclosing its personal data in this way.
