Theft Extension Memo Clause

THEFT EXTENSION MEMO CLAUSE #

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the operative clause the insurance provided by this policy is extended to indemnify the insured against loss or damage to any of the property insured by theft from the premises.

Provided always that the company shall not liable for any loss by disappearance or by shortage if such disappearance or shortage is revealed only during or after the making of an inventory.
