Single Loss Clause for Earthquake

SINGLE LOSS CLAUSE FOR EARTHQUAKE

It is understood and agreed that each loss by earthquake, subsidence, landslip, storm, tempest or flood shall constitute a single claim hereunder provided if more than one incidence from the same sources shall occur within any period of seventy two (72) consecutive hours during the term of this policy, such incidences shall be deemed to be a single earthquake subsidence, landship, storm, tempest or flood both as respects the limits and deductible applicable thereto.
