Professional Fees Clause

PROFESSIONAL FEES CLAUSE #

It is hereby declared and agreed that the insurance by this policy extends to include Architects, Surveyors and Consultants Engineers Legal and other fees (not exceeding those authorized under the scales of the various institution and/or Bodies regulating such charges prebailing at the time of the destruction and Supervision necessarily incurred in the reinstatement consequent upon the destruction of or damage to the property by fire of by any other perils hereby insured againts (but not such fees for preparing a claim or estimate of loss) provided that the liability for such destruction or damage and fees shall not exceed in aggregate the Sum Insured thereby.
