Impact Damage Clause

IMPACT DAMAGE CLAUSE #

In consideration of the payment of an additional premium by the Insured to the Company, it is hereby agreed and declared that the Insurance under the Policy shall extend to include loss or damage to the property described in the Schedule and/or to any walls, gates and fences around and pertaining thereto directly resulting from impact by any road vehicle horses or cattle not belonging to or under the control of the Insured, or any member of his family, or any person in and upon Insured`s services, provided that the first S$. 50.00 of each and every claim under this endorsement shall be borne by the Insured.
