EXTRA HAZARDOUS GOODS WARRANTY #

It is warranted under the penalty of the policy being null and void, that during the current period at any location in which goods insured under this policy are stored :

1. No capoc shall be stored other than in hydraulically pressed balls provided with iron hoops with minimum weight of 55 kg per m³.
2. Without prejudice to stipulation 1 above, the insured shall not store capoc exceeding in value .………..%.
3. Without prejudice to stipulation 1 and 2 above, the insured shall not store extra hazardous goods exceeding …………. or ………% of the total value of the goods stored therein, whichever is the lesser.
