All Professional Fees Clause

ALL PROFESSIONAL FEES CLAUSE #

The insurance by this section includes an amount in respect of architects, Surveyors, Consulting Engineers, Legal and other Fees necessarily incurred in the reinstatement of the property insured, consequent upon its loss, destruction or damage but not for preparing any claim, it being understood that the amount payable under for such fees shall not exceed this Authorized under the sale of the various institutions regulating such charges and that the limit stated in the schedule shall not be exceeded thereby.
