Insurers hereby agree to waive all rights of subrogation which they may have and acquire against any of the parties comprising the Insured except when such rights of subrogation are acquired in consequence of any fraud, misrepresentation, non disclosure or breach of condition or warranty by that Insured.
Nothing contained in this memorandum shall be deemed to increase the sum insured stated in the Schedule of the Policy.
