TRANSIT CLAUSE (BI) #

This clause indemnifies the insured in respect of business interruption losses not otherwise insured arising from damage to property owned by the insured or for which they are legally responsible whilst in transit anywhere in the ……………….. (Republic of Indonesia or World).

The limit of liability in respect of this indemnity is ……………….. any one occurrence and in the aggregate during the period of insurance and subject to a deductible of ……………… in respect of each and every claim.
