Suppliers, Customers, Supplier & Customers Other Supplier’s Premises Including Interdependency Extension

SUPPLIERS, CUSTOMERS, SUPPLIER & CUSTOMERS OTHER SUPPLIER’S PREMISES INCLUDING INTERDEPENDENCY EXTENSION #

It is hereby agreed that loss resulting from interruption of or interference with the Business directly arising from damage (as herein defined) to premise belonging o any supplier or customer of the Insured shall be deemed to be a loss resulting from damage to property of the Insured at the premises.

It is hereby agreed that this extension shall include interdependency between the Insured`s group companies.

It is understood and agreed that :

1. A supplier`s premises is any from which the Insured obtain supplies of materials, components, goods pr services and the premises of processors and the premises of manufactures of plant and equipment for the Insured
2. A customer is any individual, partnership or company to which the Insured supply materials, ponents, goods or services.

Names of customers & suppliers are as attached

However, the cover under this item is restricted to 10% of the sum insured for Business Interruption as stated in the Policy.
