SUPPLIERS’ / CUSTOMERS’ PREMISES CLAUSE #
Loss resulting from interruption of or interference with the business directly or indirectly arising from damage to any substation, transformer or similar property on or in the vicinity of the premises used by the insured shall be deemed to be loss resulting from damage to property used by the insured at the premises.
It is understood and agreed that :
- a supplier’s premises is any premises from which the insured obtains supplies of materials, components, goods or services and the premises of the processors and the premises of the manufacturers of plant and equipment for the insured together with any manufacturer supplying the insured’s suppliers or manufacturers or processors with components or materials;
- that the provision in the section related to admission of liability or payment for loss by the insurers or other insurers insuring the property at the premises against damage shall not apply in respect of this extension.
