Special Reinstatement of Loss Clause

SPECIAL REINSTATEMENT OF LOSS CLAUSE #

It is hereby understood and agreed that in the event of a claim being paid during the currency of the insurance, the amount of guarantee under the Policy shall be reinstated by the amount paid, subject to the payment of an additional premium for such reinstatement to be calculated pro-rata based on the annual premium.

Notwithstanding anything contained in the within Policy to the contrary, it is hereby declared and agreed that the total liability of the Company in respect of any one loss or series of losses arising out of any event and in the aggregate during any one period of insurance are limited to the amount as stated in the Schedule.

It is also declared and agreed that the liability of the Company in respect of any one loss or series of losses arising out of any one event involving more than one employee shall be limited to the sum as stated in the Schedule.
