NON INVALIDATION CLAUSE (Workmen) #

It is hereby agreed that this insurance shall not be invalidated by :

1. any change of occupancy or increase of risk at the property insured without the insured’s knowledge, provided that they shall, immediately upon the same coming to their knowledge, advise the insurers and pay any additional premium that may be required from the date of such increase of risk.
2. Workmen on the premises for the purpose of effecting repairs, minor alterations or general maintenance and the like.
