Notwithstanding anything contained in the terms, conditions and exceptions of the Policy to the contrary, it is noted and agreed that in the event of a total loss to brand new vehicle six months of age from the date of purchase, the amount for which the vehicle is insured (sum insured) shall be understood to the “agreed value”.
