It is agreed and understood that otherwise subject to the terms, exclu­sions, provisions and conditions contained in the Policy or endorsed thereon, cover shall be extended to include loss of profits resulting from loss of or damage to

specified In the List of Machinery and Plant Insured, such loss or damage being due to flood, inundation, landslide or rockslide, subsidence, col­lapse of adits, galleries, tunnels, shafts, etc, provided that the same cover exists for Machinery Breakdown.

 However, loss of profits due to abandonment of these items shall be excluded from the cover.
