It is hereby declared and agreed that the Insurer will indemnify the Insured for any loss or damage to property insured caused directly by any circumstances not excluded under section I of the policy notwithstanding that these circumstances may in turn have been caused by any of the circumstances referred to in Exclusion 2.4 of Section I of the policy.
