LOSS OF LICENSE #
In the event of the license granted to sell excisable liquors by retail at the insured premises being forfeited or the renewal of the said license being refused by the licensing justices or other competent authority after due application at any time during the period of insurance, the insurer shall indemnify the insured against all such loss as the insured may sustain by way of reduction in turnover of the business carried on the insured’s premises by reason of such forfeiture or refusal of renewal of license up to but not exceeding the sum insured and during the indemnity period.
In addition indemnity will be provided for the costs and expenses incurred by the insured with insurers’ written consent in connection with any appeal against the forfeiture of or refusal to renew the license.
