Lessee’s Clause

LESSEE’S  CLAUSE #

It is hereby declared and agreed that act or omission by the lessee, mortgagor or occupier of any building hereby insured whereby the risk of loss or damage is increased without the authority of knowledge of the freeholder, mortgagee or lessor under this policy shall not prejudice this insurance if the freeholder, mortgagee or lessor shall immediately on his becoming aware of such act or omission give notice in writing to the insurers and on demand pay such reasonable additional premium as the insurers may require.
