Infectious or Contagious Disease Murder Clause

INFECTIOUS OR CONTAGIOUS DISEASE, MURDER CLAUSE #

It is hereby agreed and declared that the insurance by this Policy is extended to cover loss as insured hereunder directly resulting from interruption of or interference with the Business carried on by the Insured at the premises in consequence of :

1. infectious or contagious disease manifested by any person whilst at the premises
2. murder or suicide occuring at the premises
3. injury or illness sustained by any guest arising from or traceable to foreign or injurious matter in food or drink provided on the premises
4. closing of the whole or part of the premises by order of a competent public authority consequent upon defects in drains and other sanitary arrangement at the premises.
