FOOD AND DRINK RISK #

It is hereby declared and agreed that the idemnity granted by this policy applies to the Insured`s legal liability for accidental bodily Injury (including illness) and accidental loss of on damage to property (both as defined in the policy) caused by or attributable to flood and drink sold or supplied or provided by the Insured. It is further agreed that:

1. The idemnity granted by this endorsement shall not apply to any claim for injury or disease fatal or otherwise sustained or contract by animal.
2. The liability of the Insurer under this endorsement is limited in any one year of insurance to the amount of the limit of liability stated in scedule of the policy.
