Clearance of Debris Clause

CLEARANCE OF DEBRIS CLAUSE #

It is agreed and understood  that this Insurance shall be extended to cover the costs of demolition, removing debris and clearing or repairing drains and service mains, dismantling and/or demolishing shoring and/or  propping up including dewatering the works and/or other reasonable and necessary protection of the Property Insured following an event giving rise to and indemnifiable claim under this Policy.

Limit of Indemnity : US$. 500,000.00  (included in Total Contract Value)

Nothing contained in this clause shall be deemed to increase the sum insured stated in the Schedule of the Policy.
