Clause No.29 (Total Loss)

CLAUSE NO. 29 (TOTAL LOSS) #

It is hereby declared and agreed that the insurance by this Policy  provides only  indemnity to the Insured in case the  motor vehicle insured hereunder is totally lost  caused by events mentioned in paragraph  1 and  2  of  this  Policy. Total  Loss understood  to mean  loss of  or damage which need repair and the repair cost  equal to or  more than 75 % (seventy five percent) of the  motor vehicle price when its repaired or loss by theft  or lost/ stolen and not found in 60 (sixty) days.

Catatan : Sesuai surat edaran DAI No. SE.No.51/SAK/98 tertanggal 16/12/1998 klausul ini dihapus o/k  telah tercantum dalam PSKBI baru pasal 10.
