CLAIM FAST TRACK CLAUSE #

It is hereby noted and agreed that in the event of an accident for which the insured requires an emergency repair to be carried out, the insured is permitted to have the damaged vehicle be repaired immediately at either an insurance approved workshop or ATPM provide that the total repair cost should not exceed an amount of Rp. 5.000.000,- gross. It is Further noted and agreed that as a pre-condition for the applicability of this clause the Insured warrants that :

1. The Insured will notify the Insurance as soon as possible of such accident
2. The Insured will submit within a reasonable time frame, all claims supporting documentations that are normally required, including but not limited to completed claim form, photographs showing the damage part(s) clearly, Police report as necessary and
3. The Insured must ensure that the replacement part(s) and repair cost are not excessive, otherwise the Insured will only be reimbursed based on Insurance adjusted amount.

Subject otherwise to the terms and conditions of the policy
