It is hereby agreed that notwithstanding anything contained in the Policy (Alteration To Risks) to the contrary, this insurance shall not be prejudiced in the event of any alterations which increases the risks insured, provided that notice of such alterations be given to the Insurer within 60 (sixty) calendar days of the commencement of such alterations and additional premium paid, if required from the date of such alterations.
