Accountant Clause

ACCOUNTANT CLAUSE #

Any particulars or details contained in the Insured’s books or account or other business books or documents which may be required by insurers under the Claims Condition of this policy for the purpose of investigating or verifying any claim hereunder may be produced by professional accountant if at the time they are regularly acting as such for the Insured and their report shall be prima facie evidence of the particulars and details to which such report relates. The cost of such preparation shall be at insurers expense.
