Abandonment or Wreckage

ABANDONMENT OR WRECKAGE #

It is agreed and understood that in the even of total loss claim settlement the insured is obliged to abandon the wreckage (unless otherwise required by the insured) and if that is the case the insured will be responsible for any duties and/or Government compulsary taxes as far as it has not been completed by the insured.

It is further noted and agreed that notwithstanding anything to the contrary as mentioned above the total loss claim compensation will be payable not less than its original duty free price.
