WATER DAMAGE EXTENSION #

The Insurer covers the insured assets against damage caused by water when due, even on account of freezing, to breaks, leaks, overflow, back-up of water mains, whether or not burried, water driven appliances, tanks, heating apparatus, household appliances or seepage, sudden flooding or trickling from the outside, whether the loss results from the act of the Assured or of another.

EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE IS DAMAGE FROM DAMPNESS OR CONDENSATION (SWEATING) unless the same results from a covered event.
