Waiver of Subrogation

WAIVER OF SUBROGATION #

In the event standing of a claim arising under this policy, the insures agree to waive any rights remedies or relief to which they might become entitled by subrogation against:

1. any company standing in relation of parent to subsidiary to the insured;
2. any company standing in the relation of subsidiary to parent to the insured;
3. any company which is subsidiary of a parent company of which the insureds are themselves a subsidiary;
4. directors partners, propeties and/or employees of the insured.

In each as defined in the relevant section of the companies act as applicable in The Republic of Indonesia.
