Standing permission is herewith given for the use of official ferries approved to carry such traffic under which terms is included the ferry service operated between Surabaya and Kamal, Merak and Bakaheuni, Banyuwangi and Gilimanuk by the ships of Jawatan Kereta Api and A.L.R.I
