TENANTS CLAUSE #
Should a tenant of the Insured within insured building do or omit to do without the knowledge or consent of the Insured anything which would vitiate any Conditions and/or Warranties, this Section will not be held to be void on that account provided that the Insured shall notify the Insurer the happening or existence of such act or omission as soon as the same comes to his or her knowledge and shall on reasonable demand pay the additional charge or premium for any increase in hazard thereby created according to the established scale of rates for the time such increase hazard may be, or shall have been assumed by the Insurer during the continuance of this insurance.
