Temporary Subsitute Clause

TEMPORARY SUBSITUTE CLAUSE #

It is hereby declared and agreed that this Policy shall extend to cover any employee who takes over the acts temporarily as a substitute for and in the same capacity as an employee whose name appears in the Policy Schedule during the period that the latter is on leave.  Provided always that the amount guaranteed in respect of the employee so taking over and acting as a temporary substitute shall be identical to that in respect of the employee whose name appears in the Policy Schedule and that the period of such substituted cover shall in no case exceed a period of one (1) month.
