The insured shall at all times and as far as is reasonably practicable take steps to safeguard the property insured and maintain it in a proper state of repair.
The insured shall also take steps to enforce the observance of all statutory provisions manufacturer’s recommendations and other regulations relating to the safety use and inspection of the property insured.
