Plans and Documents Clause

PLANS AND DOCUMENTS CLAUSE #

It is agreed and understood that this Policy will also indemnify the Insured against the necessarily incurred costs of re-writing of plans and drawings or other contract document lost destroyed or damaged as a result of a peril insured hereunder providing such loss destruction or damage occurs at the Project Site.

Such indemnification shall however be limited to :

1. A maximum amount of US$. 50,000.00 each and every occurrence or series of occurrences arising out of any one event.
2. The cost  of  labour  expended  in  such  re-writing  or  re-drawing including all necessary overtime or research.

Nothing under this extension shall increase the Insurer’s limit of liability under the Policy.
