Other Parties Clause

OTHER PARTIES CLAUSE #

It is hereby agreed and declared that lessors, financiers, mortgagees, contractors and/or sub-contractors and others as noted in the insured’s records have an interest in this insurance, such interest to be disclosed in the event of loss, destruction or damage.

Further, where this insurance covers the interest of more than one party, any act or neglect of an individual party will not prejudice the rights of the remaining party.
