Non Owned Automobile Vehicle Liability Clause

NON OWNED AUTOMOBILE VEHICLE LIABILITY CLAUSE #

It is hereby declared and agreed that the insurer will indemnify the Insured against all sums for which the Insured shall become legally liable consequent upon death, bodily injury, illness, loss or damage as within defined arising out of the use of:

1. Motor Vehicles not owned by the Insured.
2. Motor Vehicles hired by the Insured’s employees for the Insured’s business.
