Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Institute Cargo Clauses and Importance Clause, in case the claim amount is estimated to be not more than ……………… (or equivalent in any other currency) the claim shall be paid upon the basis of the statement with photograph prepared by the insured of the particulars of loss or damage to the goods hereby insured instead of a survey report.
