Any company becoming associated or subsidiary of the insured during the period of insurance shall be deemed to be insured by this policy from the date of such acquisition subject to a limit of ……… provided that notice is given to the insurers within a period of 30 (thirty) days thereof.
In such an event this policy shall in excess of the amount payable under any more particular policy (if any).
