MARINE LIABILITY #
It is understood and agreed that coverage afforded by this policy shall not apply to any claims direct or consequential arising out of any marine liability which include but not limited to the following list:
| Charterers’ Liability Safe Berth Legal Liability Stevedores Liability Towers Liability Jones Act Coverage |
Terminal Operation Liability Wharfingers Liability Protection and Indemnity including Collision Ship Builders Liability U.S. Longshoreman and Harbor Workers |
It is further agreed that this policy shall not apply to :
- Liability arising out of maintenance, fueling, loading or unloading of any watercraft or for any watercraft in the insured’s care, custody or control;
- Personal injury to passengers;
- Damage to or destruction of any dock, pier, harbor, bridge, buoy, lighthouse, breakwater structure, beacon, cable or to any fixed or movable object or property for which the insured may be held liable;
- Liability for cost or expenses of, or incidental to, the removal of the weak of any vessel
