Lift and Escalators Endorsement

LIFT AND ESCALATORS ENDORSEMENT #

It is hereby declared and agreed that the word of “LIFT” is deemed to be deleted from exception 4 (a) of this Policy.

PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT:

1. The Company shall not be liable for any bodily injury or loss of or damage to property occurring outside the premises specified in the policy.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any bodily injury or loss of or damage to property caused by or in connection with or arising from the ownership or possession of use of any lift insofar as such liability is covered by any other insurance.
3. The liability of the company under this Policy and Endorsement in respect of any bodily injury or loss of or damage to property shall not in any case exceed the limit of indemnity specified in this policy.

Subject otherwise to all other terms & conditions of this Policy.
