Leased / Non-controlled Premises

LEASED / NON-CONTROLLED PREMISES #

In respect of premises leased or rented by the insured and which are more specifically insured elsewhere, then this policy shall apply only to the extent that cover is not provided under such more specific insurance provided that :

1. The liability under this policy shall be reduced by an amount equal to the limit of liability afforded under the aforementioned specific insurance;
2. The limit of liability under this clause shall be ………. any one loss.
