INCREASE CLAUSE #

The promise in advance to accept additions to the Sum Insured is allowed only by attaching the following clause to the Policy :

The Undersigned hereby agree to accept, at the premium stated in the policy, additions to the sum insured to a maximum of in total 20% of the insured amount under this policy of Rp…………………… upon the Rp. ……………… thus not exceeding  Rp. …………………. provided, however, that expiry dates of the aforesaid additions do not take place subsequent to the expiry date of this policy.

The additions to the sum insured so accepted will be considered to take effect from the date of the postmark of the written statement or the date of the telegraphic instruction from the insured”.
