INCLUSION OF THEFT WITH VIOLENCE #

It is hereby declared and  agreed  notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary that the wording under Section I Para sub-III is  inoperative replaced by the following :

Theft, or  the whole motor vehicle or of part or accessories  forming part of the  Manufacturer`s standard equipment for Indonesia of the Vehicle.

Subject  otherwise to  the  terms, exceptions  and conditions of the Policy.
