FOOD POISONING ENDORSEMENT #

Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, it is hereby understood and agreed that within policy will subject to its Terms, Limitations and Conditions extend to cover Insured’s legal liability for claims and in respect of poisoning of any kind arising from food or other goods sold or supplied or to the presence of deleterious matter in such food or other goods inside and outside building of the restaurant.

Provided always that this policy is issued on the express condition that the Company shall not be liable thereunder unless the Insured shall at all times take every possible precaution to prevent the sale of any article or articles of goods or other goods which are not in good conditions, free from contamination and fit for human consumption.
