It is hereby noted and agreed, regardless of liability, the Insurer will indemnify the Insured for any expenses incurred by the Insured for the purpose of providing or securing first aid treatment or hospitalization to third party as a result of an accident involving the vehicle insured under this Policy, with maximum limit IDR 20,000,000.00/any one accident.
