The following scale of discounts from tariff rates for deductibles voluntarily assumed by an  insured `was agreed : Deductible as percentage of Discount allowed the Maximum amount subject

0,25%    5%

0,50%    10%

0,75%    15%

1,00%    20%

Deductibles may only be  applied  in the  case  of risks  with  a   sum   insured   in    excess   or US$.25,000,000.- and as the scale  is  linear  the level of discount/deductible may be interpolated in order to provide a round number for the deductible.  Details of calculating the  maximum  amount subject is in a separate note.  Maximum  amount subject is the building or group of building in the event of inadequate  separation  which  has the highest sum insured.
