In the event of claims arising hereunder it is a condition precedent to any liability under this policy that the underwriters herein shall furnish their reinsurers promptly with all information available, and that reinsurers shall have the undisputed right to appoint their own investigators at their own expense and to control all negotiations, adjustment, settlements and subrogation in connections with such or losses.
